Job summary

Soucy Group in Drummondville, Canada, is seeking a Molding Operator to help manufacture rubber tracks for defense, agriculture, industry and recreation. This role suits someone who brings rigor, coordination and physical ability to the line.

You will manufacture tracks by following the recipe, set up and operate the press and related equipment, read production documents, ensure quality at each step, respect safety rules, keep the workspace clean and perform related tasks.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :

• Permanent full-time position
• Shift: night shifts (3x12h + 1 Saturday/month)
• Salary: starting at $29.14/hr + salary progression over 2 years
• Shift premium: $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr
