Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Graduate degree or professional designation (CPA, CBV, CFA, FRM, CAIA) is an asset but not required.
• Experience in a commercial credit and/or equity investment environment.
• Understanding of lending principles, credit assessment, structuring, and industry analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with financing proposals for existing and prospective clients.
• Support credit opportunities through credit memo preparation, negotiations, and legal documentation review.
• Contribute to ongoing management of the loan portfolio.
• Partner with Relationship team to strengthen business development and negotiations.
