Job summary

Equisoft is seeking a Specialist - Global Compensation & Benefits to lead the development and execution of our global compensation program. You will work with the HR team and senior leadership to drive market-aligned pay practices, manage annual cycles in Workday, and provide expert guidance on compensation budgeting and benefits strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in global compensation, fluency in French and English, and advanced Excel and data analytics skills to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in global compensation.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
• Strong Excel skills for modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to present business cases to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present the global compensation strategy to executive leadership.
• Administer the annual compensation planning cycle in Workday and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Benchmark benefits plans and coordinate renewals across jurisdictions.
• Lead compensation forecasting, budgeting, and market data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align with mid- and long-term strategy.
