Job summary

Equisoft, a global provider of digital solutions for insurance and investment, is seeking a Senior Specialist in Global Compensation & Benefits in a hybrid role in Québec City, Canada. You will lead compensation strategy, manage the annual planning cycle in Workday, and benchmark benefits to stay competitive.

A strong bilingual capability is required. You will collaborate with HR and management to implement best practices, analyze market data, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in global compensation.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present the global compensation strategy to executive leadership.
• Assess and implement enhancements to compensation programs with the HR team.
• Stay updated on best practices to ensure competitive compensation offerings.
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex compensation questions across the organization.
• Perform market research and statistical analysis to develop the Global Compensation strategy.
• Administer the annual compensation planning cycle in Workday with data validation and accuracy.
