Equisoft is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Kotlin-Java/React) to join a 14-member team in a hybrid role based in Canada (Montreal or Quebec City). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions for financial services clients, with collaborative Agile processes and a focus on quality and security.

You will work on Equisoft/centralize, a back-office insurance agency management system, connect carriers feeds, data, clients, and policies, and contribute to

• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java with modern back-end and front-end stacks.
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with React or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of SOLID and OOP principles.
• Experience in Agile/Kanban environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions for clients.
• Collaborate in an Agile team with developers, business analysts, QA, and release coordinators.
• Write robust, secure code per functional analyses and specs.
• Participate in feature analysis and peer reviews; refine requirements.
