The Specialist, Talent Acquisition leads full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, selection, and onboarding for the Association, managing a fast-paced portfolio of concurrent requisitions across multiple sites, including seasonal hiring surges while delivering a consistently positive candidate experience and strong recruitment/onboarding metrics.
