What You’ll Be Doing

As a Specialist, Product Management you will ensure smooth product operations by coordinating processes and acting as a liaison between Product and other operational stakeholders. You will handle inquiries, audit checks, and production issues while collaborating on initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience. How You’ll Succeed
  • Product Inquiry & Operations - Coordinate processes and activities related to product operations.
  • Act as a liaison with other stakeholders - Operations Support, Sales and Technology - to ensure effective ongoing operations.
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to inquiries related to product operations.
  • Transaction Monitoring and Data analysis - Perform audit checks on daily reports and report on production issues. Analyze data to identify risk & opportunities
  • Process Improvement - Regularly evaluate existing procedures, policies, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with client experience teams to support initiatives and obtain necessary campaign approvals.
  • Support Product Managers on special cross portfolio initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong partnership with key partner groups and drive incremental sales and AUM growth.
