Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a Specialist, HSSEQ Investigations to lead complex investigations into health, safety, environmental, and quality events, driving learning and risk reduction across the organization.

You will analyse data, interview stakeholders, apply root cause methodologies, and develop corrective actions while reporting findings to leadership and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to strengthen HSSEQ programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in investigations or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in investigation techniques and analytical problem‑solving.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000

MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
