Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Customer Service Representative to ensure the highest level of service for internal and external customers across North America. You will analyze orders, maintain account profiles, and coordinate with service partners to meet quoted constraints.

The role requires at least 1 year in transportation or customer service, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation is CAD 50,000–55,000 with possible bonus or commissions.

Compensation for this role is $50,000-$55,000 CAD The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Act as an advocate and champion of the customer to fulfill, meet and exceed their expectations
• Analyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customer agreement, and offer alternatives if necessary
• Maintain, update and utilize account profiles to ensure that the requirements are documented and an accurate representation of the customer’s service expectations, processes and measurements
• Establish a plan to align service partners for success
• Review available capacity within the shipping region (if known) and schedule pickup appointments within predefined guidelines

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in transportation or customer service

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision and/or in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude to achieve goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement, claims adjusters, etc., and to influence business/function leaders
• Strong organizational and investigative skills
