Compensation for this role is $55,000 annually. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

At a Minimum, You’ll Need

• 1 year of experience in transportation or customer service

It’d Be Great If You Also Have

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision and/or in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude to achieve goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement, claims adjusters, etc., and to influence business/function leaders
• Strong organizational and investigative skills
