Job summary

Kibbi in Vancouver seeks an experienced kitchen supervisor to lead cooks, plan menus, and ensure quality across all dishes for events. You will oversee preparation, garnish, presentation, and food safety.

Responsibilities include estimating costs, maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; supervising sous-chefs and cooks; training staff; and ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education and at least 5 years of experience in cooking or equivalent.
  • Ability to supervise kitchen staff and train others.
