Placements24 is seeking a versatile Early Childhood Education Support Staff member to contribute to their online learning platform serving Kimberley and beyond. This remote role blends administrative tasks, curriculum support, and direct engagement with children and parents in a virtual setting.

You will help ensure smooth operation of online educational programs, support educators and families, and contribute to developing engaging digital content.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in education or administration is a plus.
• Experience in an administrative, support, or childcare role is desirable.
• Proficiency in using common office software and online collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of online learning materials and resources for educators.
• Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, responding to inquiries, and maintaining digital records.
• Facilitate virtual engagement activities for children under the guidance of lead educators.
• Support parents by providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating communication.
