The Hospitality and Retail Services Department is committed to providing value to the University of Toronto Mississauga community through the provision of dining, event planning, retail and postal services. Under the general supervision of the Manager, Conference and Special Events, the Special Events Coordinator develops and executes all aspects of event plans and conferences, from initial planning and contracts to set‑ups, bedroom and meeting room and classroom bookings, food service, and closing. The Coordinator plans details for a variety of key internal and external events and handles post‑event follow‑up, preparing service contracts and invoices using templates.
