Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of social/emotional and physical needs of diverse students.
• Understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and related supports.
• Experience with special education programs related to behaviour and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support instruction of students individually or in groups within class settings.
• Administer medication and maintain records as authorized.
• Support development and monitoring of therapeutic programs and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, LRT, and families to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain student confidentiality and professional boundaries.
