Responsibilities

• Arrive prepared with substitute plans and take daily attendance.
• Deliver lesson plans as provided by the regular teacher or administrator.
• Ensure student safety and wellbeing and respond to emergencies per safety procedures.
• Maintain professional rapport with students and staff, and uphold classroom discipline.
• Communicate expectations clearly and adapt instruction to student needs.
• Participate in professional development sessions and perform other duties as assigned.
