You will drive continuous improvement, implement Lean Manufacturing, and support design for manufacturability within time and cost constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication in French and English.

• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manufacture space products for satellites.
• Oversee assembly, integration and testing from design through acceptance.
• Monitor costs, schedules and lead continuous improvement in production.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Participate in technical reviews to ensure production needs are met.
