Job summary

Germain Hotels group in Baie-Saint-Paul seeks a Guest Service Attendant for our Nordic Spa, delivering welcoming, attentive service to guests from arrival through departure, with a focus on well-being and relaxation.

You will manage reservations by phone or email, promote spa services, enter treatments, advise on products, process payments, and uphold hygiene standards. Bilingual French/English, customer-service experience, and discretion are essential.

The Guest Service Attendant greets, informs, and accompanies guests throughout their experience, with an approach focused on well-being and relaxation.

• Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written, due to interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, and guests across Canada (an asset)
• Experience in customer service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working with the public and adopt a warm, approachable style
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
