The Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino, Canada, invites you to join our Spa Team as a Practitioner. You will perform relaxation massages and body treatments, greet guests, tailor consultations, and uphold Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, AAA, and Travel & Leisure standards in a premier West Coast setting.

We offer commission-based earnings (25%-35%), with typical practitioners earning about $34–$49 per hour plus gratuities.

• 1000 hours of combined training in Massage Therapy modalities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
• Provide a welcoming greeting and consultation unique to each guest.
• Perform Massage and Spa treatments on guests ranging from Relaxation Massage to Body Treatments.
• Project a friendly and professional demeanour to guests, upholding guest service standards of Wickaninnish Inn.
• Promote the Spa’s products and educating guests on home care recommendations.
• Maintain spotless spa and treatment areas that are tidy and fully stocked.

Salary/Wage:

Renumeration for Spa Practitioners is a combination of treatment and retail sales commissions. The commission range is 25% -35% and is dependant on your level of experience and training. A typical practitioner, working average treatments, 4 days week, would make approximately $34.00 - $49.00 per hour. Spa Practitioners also receive gratuities.
