Job summary

Atmana Wellness & Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain smooth on-site operations. You will lead a team of 11-15 staff, plan and control budgets and inventory, implement staff policies, hire and train personnel, and address client concerns while upholding spa standards.

This on-site role requires 2–3 years in spa management, and a 1–2 year college or CEGEP diploma, with strong leadership in a Canadian spa
