Harbour Hotels is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a luxury spa and leisure setting. You will support the Spa Manager, oversee guest wellbeing, and help lead the team to ensure outstanding service.

NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications are required, with pool plant experience considered an advantage. The role offers progression opportunities, staff discounts, meals on duty, and training to promote internal career growth.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 qualification required.

• Strong customer service and sales awareness needed.

The role...

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and pool plant experience being a distinct advantage. As Assistant Spa Manager you will assist the Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests and help lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in customer service. As Assistant Spa Manager you will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent personal presentation, a good business acumen and sales awareness.
