We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, flavorful dishes with consistency, efficiency, and high standards of hygiene.
These are permanent, full‑time positions and you will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining kitchen operations, and supporting the overall culinary workflow. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and able to thrive in our fast‑paced commercial kitchen.
Job Duties of these position include:
Supervise the kitchen staff and coordinate daily workflow to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing and executing daily menus as per the establishment’s culinary style.
Prepare and cook hakka, Indian and Nepali dishes including poultry, fish, beef, momos, noodles and rice.
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and train helpers in proper preparation methods.
Participate in menu planning, costing, and ordering of food and supplies
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards
Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
Manage waste reduction and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
Experience and skills:
Wage: $37 per hour for 35 – 40 hours per week; Must be available to work in shifts & on weekends.
Availability: Must be willing to work shifts, evenings and weekends.
Overtime: 1.5 times the wage after 44 hours per week.
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
