Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations professional to supervise sorting, scanning, and processing of packages in a fast-paced Kelowna facility. You will ensure safe, efficient inbound and outbound freight, oversee workflow, and support drivers and carriers.

You will mentor staff, coach new hires, conduct quality checks, and participate in reporting and cost-control activities. Accommodation for disabilities is available during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing packages (incl. defective items and returns).
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management.
• Mentor and coach warehouse staff and new hires; monitor performance and conduct.
• Assist with unloading/loading and labor assignment as needed.
