Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is a leading last-mile logistics provider in Canada, with a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficient package handling across shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

You will supervise daily operations, generate route plans for drivers, and ensure high service standards with timely reporting and stakeholder communication. A strong emphasis on coaching staff and addressing issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: enforce safe methods and conduct safety audits.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management.
• Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages, including returns.
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs; submit daily reports.
• Provide coaching and training to drivers and warehouse staff.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.
• Prepare next day route plans and optimization emails.

Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology .Your Role: At the Heart of the ChainSalary Range$48,125.00 - $60,156.50.Core Duties :Safety and ComplianceEnsure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environmentEnforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.Respond to emergencies as required .Cleaning, general housekeepingOperations and LogisticsOversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.and package dispatching process.Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.Generate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loadingUnload trailers and verify freight against manifests.Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).Reporting and AdministrationMaintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaisonComplete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager.Perform data entry as needed.T eam leadership and Customer serviceAssign daily tasks to staff , monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPsPrepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required , including discipline where appropriate .Other duties as assignedWork Environment : Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.Why Join Intelcom | Dragonfly?Short- and medium-term growth opportunitiesComprehensive group insuranceGroup RRSP programEmployee Assistance Program…This position has been opened to address a genuine organizational need within the company.At Intelcom | Dragonfly , we move forward together.
