Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Edmonton seeks a Warehouse Associate to support sorting, scanning, packing, and dispatch. You will supervise package handlers, enforce safety, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise sorting, scanning and processing packages, including returns and defective items.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Unload/load freight, assign labor, and coordinate with carriers and optimization teams.
• Mentor and coach warehouse associates; schedule and evaluate performance.
