Job description

Akkodis is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a Digital Solutions Specialist to join their team on a full-time and hybrid basis.

The Digital Solutions Specialist focuses on driving digital adoption and building relationships with clinicians and labs, mentoring and coaching Sales professionals in the field on the value of digital solutions, and achieving sales goals through effective selling and marketing of our client's products.

This role requires the candidate to have their own vehicle and be comfortable traveling around the assigned territory of British Columbia (Interior, Island, and Greater Vancouver).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned region through the effective selling and marketing of company products to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives.
  • Drive new leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement strategies to increase short and long-term market penetration through engagement with the local regional team.
  • Follow up with phone calls and/or Teams support with doctors & labs.
  • Co-travel with the local sales team to drive opportunities in the specified region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in the specified region – live or virtual.
  • Plan sales activity based on defined sales processes to ensure that the region meets or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals.
  • Coach the local team on digital solutions workflows & field qualified digital leads.
  • Lead regional team meetings and business discussions regarding Digital Workflows to advance knowledge on how to position with clinicians & laboratories.
  • Collaborate with Area Digital Business Development Managers (BDMs) to develop regional strategies.
  • Support the implementation of Digital Plans in the Field; product launches, key projects, product tests, etc., serving as the local expert to customers.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years’ experience working in a digital technology-focused role OR dental experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience selling Digital Solutions to Dentists and Lab owners.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and maintaining auto insurance coverage.
