What You'll Do
- Build and Foster Relationships: Connect with partners to understand their needs, tech stack, and how they're using our products, ensuring they maximize their investment in N-able.
- Technical Expertise and Guidance: Provide technical advice, delve into complex requirements, and align solutions with N-able products. Collaborate with partners to address product gaps and mentor colleagues.
- Partner Success Advocacy: Represent our partners in technical discussions with Product Management and Development, demonstrating how they can optimize N-able products to grow their business.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Work with partners to address their technical needs by designing custom monitoring, automation, and reporting solutions, sharing best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues efficiently, involving Support or other teams as necessary.
- Training and Enablement: Educate partners and internal teams to maximize product utilization.
- Market and Competitive Insight: Use your industry knowledge to assist with customer migrations and provide insights to keep partners competitive.
- Documentation and Accountability: Maintain clear records of interactions, updates, and solutions to ensure effective communication.
What You'll Bring
- A proactive, curious mindset with a readiness to engage with partners and understand their technical needs.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, especially within MSPs or selling to MSPs.
- Strong communication skills to lead and convey complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in Windows, scripting, automation, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and/or PSA solutions is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Excellent self-management and customer service skills to handle multiple projects.
- A relevant technical degree is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 5-10% of the time.
