Join us as a Solution Engineer on our Digital Business Automation Presales team!

As a Solution Engineer, you will work directly with Sales and Presales organizations to create strategies, timelines, and deliverables that align customer initiatives with BMC's solutions.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

1. Partner with sales teams to interpret complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value.
2. Simplify communication of technical and business content to a varied audience.
3. Document current customer state, support business case creation, and build deliverables for sales and solution engineers during the sales cycle.
4. Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts based on customer goals.
5. Challenge yourself and be innovative in solving everyday problems.
6. Learn, participate in global projects, and continuously improve.

To be successful, you should have:

1. Embrace and live BMC values daily.
2. 5+ years' experience in presales or a related technical role.
3. Broad awareness of technical architecture and emerging technologies.
4. Subject matter expertise in Workload Automation/Orchestration solutions.
5. Ability to create and deliver compelling demonstrations.
6. BMC Software product knowledge is a plus.
