Our mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience through cutting-edge technology and deep integration capabilities. We're expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Solution Engineer to support our sales process and drive technical success for our mid-market and enterprise customers.
As a Solution Engineer at Trolley, you will be the technical expert supporting our sales team throughout the sales process, delivering product demos, building custom workflows, and guiding customers through complex integrations. You’ll work with prospective clients to understand their technical needs and offer tailored solutions using our APIs, Zapier, and other integration tools. In addition, you will collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless implementation of Trolley’s solutions. You will be a key project manager on both sides of the sale - helping prospects map the required technical and process changes to their current state to reach their desired outcome, and then supporting those customers through their implementation alongside our CSM team.
Your time will be focused 80% on new business solutioning with Sales and 20% on supporting implementations with our Customer Success team.
