Job description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze potential clients' IT needs and challenges
  2. Solution Development: Assist in designing and proposing customized IT solutions in line with client requirements
  3. Product Demonstration: Conduct demonstrations and presentations of IT products and services to clients
  4. Technical Documentation: Prepare and present technical proposals, including RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information)
  5. Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and competitor offerings to enhance pre-sales strategies
  6. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients during the pre-sales process
  7. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of the technical aspects with sales strategies
  8. Feedback and Insights: Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to the product development team for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Course (BSEE/BSECE)
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer or Electronics Engineer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Proficient in the use of 2D/3D designing applications
  • Knowledgeable in hardware and software configuration related to various network equipment
  • Good technical presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office and Google Workspace
