The Perseus Group, a division of Constellation Software (TSX:CSU), is seeking a Custom Solution Support Engineer for the Constellation HomeBuilder Systems group. This role reports to the Director of Custom Development and is perfect for an individual looking for a fast-paced environment with rewarding challenges and a trajectory for long-term growth.
We are focused on changing the homebuilding industry through great software and services and are looking for exceptional people to join us. The custom projects team seeks motivated polyglot developers to support and expand existing custom solutions in the home building domain. These solutions target unique needs of specific customers in various mission-critical aspects of their business, from sales to warranty.
The role focuses on monitoring and debugging complex enterprise applications and integrations, implementing appropriate remediations and enhancements in collaboration with internal, customer-based, and partner organization teams. Acute situational awareness in complex IT environments, attention to critical details, and the ability to quickly grasp the essence of problems are essential traits for this position.
