What you'll do:

In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience in the world of solutions delivery by supporting our Solutions Delivery Managers and cross‑functional teams. You will assist in streamlining processes, contribute to complex projects, and gain exposure to the full technical, operational, business and market lifecycle of a feature or product - from conception to release. Your responsibilities will include assisting with defining project scope, supporting the management of timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks, all while continuously learning and developing your skills.

The opportunity:

8 - 12 month work-term beginning January 2027.

Full‑time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact:

• Support product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, gaining valuable insights into the journey from conception to release.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the creation and management of project timelines/schedules, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
• Provide support to complex projects and product initiatives involving coordination with multi‑disciplinary teams at Geotab.
• Assist in facilitating effective communication, aligning visions, and ensuring accountability for required work/deliverables.

• Contribute to communicating vital information to the project team and broader product teams.
• Assist in preparing and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Engage in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Maintenance Domain: Optimize vehicle availability while reducing the average duration required for repairs for our client base.
