Job Summary

About OpenText: OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution that integrates with leading enterprise applications like Guidewire, SAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now. It helps manage information lifecycle by providing a platform for securely storing, accessing, and sharing content.

Role: Responsible for managing the XECM product, focusing on implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements while ensuring operational governance and support at the IT Admin/Business Admin level. Knowledge/experience in Document Management, User Experience, Search, Business Workspaces, Viewing, Transformation, Document Generation, Microsoft Office 365 integration, Workflow, Automation, Information Governance, Enterprise Application Integration, Capture, External Sharing, Digital Signatures, and System Administration is required.

The Solution Manager, Product Delivery oversees an assigned product delivery team(s), managing the software delivery lifecycle, application portfolio, and strategic planning aligned with broader IT and business goals. The role involves managing backlogs, delivery plans, resources, financials, and stakeholder relationships.

Major Responsibilities

• Operations & Governance Oversight
• Leading product delivery teams and applications, ensuring quality, availability, and reliability
• Managing application backlogs, ensuring compliance and contractual SLAs
• Determining staffing and sourcing strategies
• Leading audits and managing capacity and resources
• Overseeing project plans, budgets, and vendor contracts
• Developing strategic and tactical plans for application portfolios
• Monitoring service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Financial management including budget development and invoice validation
• Stakeholder engagement and communication

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFE, Agile)
• At least 2 years of technical and implementation experience with relevant applications/technologies
• 7+ years in solution implementation, system administration, and support
• Proven leadership in complex IT projects
