About OpenText: OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution that integrates with leading enterprise applications like Guidewire, SAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now. It helps manage information lifecycle by providing a platform for securely storing, accessing, and sharing content.
Role: Responsible for managing the XECM product, focusing on implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements while ensuring operational governance and support at the IT Admin/Business Admin level. Knowledge/experience in Document Management, User Experience, Search, Business Workspaces, Viewing, Transformation, Document Generation, Microsoft Office 365 integration, Workflow, Automation, Information Governance, Enterprise Application Integration, Capture, External Sharing, Digital Signatures, and System Administration is required.
The Solution Manager, Product Delivery oversees an assigned product delivery team(s), managing the software delivery lifecycle, application portfolio, and strategic planning aligned with broader IT and business goals. The role involves managing backlogs, delivery plans, resources, financials, and stakeholder relationships.
