We are seeking a Solution Test Automation Manager to lead our end-to-end solution testing strategy in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive solution testing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and providing technical guidance.
• Design and establish infrastructure and automation for automated workflows and load testing in Google Cloud.
• Manage the development and maintenance of test management systems, including load generation, data management, automation execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with software development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing suites and ensure smooth environment operations.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years in test automation and cloud-based software testing.
• Experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and building automated environments.
• Proficiency in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Typescript.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Preferred

• Experience with HIPAA compliance and PHI data security.
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

The salary range for Canada residents is $98,900 to $205,500 annually, based on various factors. Remote work is supported within Canada, adhering to company policies.
