Everbridge, a rapidly expanding global company specializing in SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is actively seeking an accomplished Solution Consultant to provide support for our large-scale clients, based in the US & Canada. This is a remote-based position that can be based anywhere in Canada.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Professional Services, the Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role as a representative of Everbridge within our client's business continuity team. This position involves collaborating during the deployment and ongoing utilization of the Everbridge solution. Key responsibilities include offering project management support, technical consultancy, as well as providing comprehensive training. Moreover, the Solution Consultant will serve as the customer advocate within Everbridge during routine operations and act as an escalation point when needed.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly qualified, with extensive professional experience, thriving in a team-oriented environment to optimize the value we deliver to our customers.
As a Solution Consultant you will collaborate closely with clients, Account Managers, Operations, and Product Development teams. We are seeking an exceptionally energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses outstanding communication and customer management skills.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $78,000 - $105,000 CAD and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Everbridge offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental care, mental health benefits, disability income benefits, life and AD&D insurance, retirement savings plan with employer match, and paid time off.
