Job summary

Quality IT Resourcing seeks a skilled Solution Architect to lead global payroll and time & attendance initiatives. You will support payroll and workforce management solutions, run end-to-end business process workshops, and translate complex requirements into scalable designs for multinational teams.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Global Payroll and Time & Attendance implementations.
• Hands-on experience supporting payroll and workforce management solutions.
• End-to-end business process sessions to identify whether the system supports the “to be” design or has system limitations and gaps.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and workforce management practices across multiple regions.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and practical solution designs.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams and client stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with leading payroll and workforce management platforms in Ceridian Dayforce.
• Experience designing integrations and managing large-scale transformation or implementation projects.
• Ability to lead client workshops, provide strategic recommendations, and influence solution decisions.
