Description

We are currently seeking a Solution Architect to lead our clients in envisioning, designing, and deploying cloud-native applications, with a focus on Azure-based solutions. This includes AI-enabled apps, application modernization, and system integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, consulting skills, enterprise architecture knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A technology-agnostic mindset is essential, along with experience working across Microsoft and other cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications.
  • Conduct architectural analysis and design for systems spanning various platforms and environments.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team, troubleshooting complex problems and ensuring the quality of the solution through oversight and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in on solution architecture and design.
  • Review project objectives to ensure alignment with organizational goals by providing guidance and consultancy to project teams.
  • Assist in estimating and planning work, ensuring tasks are appropriately scoped and scheduled.
  • Support company leaders and sales teams in business development, shaping estimations and sales estimates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience working with monolithic applications and transitioning them to a microservices architecture.
  • Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Prior consulting and business development experience a plus.
  • Relevant Microsoft and/or AWS certifications a plus.
