Senior Solution Architect - Toronto, Canada

We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect with experience in Pre-sales, Data management, and Cloud, to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This position is remote.

You will report to the Associate Director - Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

• Data Management, MDM, and Cloud.

Your Role Responsibilities: Here's What You'll Do

• Manage customer engagements independently.
• Share best practices, content, and tips within your area of responsibility.
• Stay current on certifications required for your area.
• Perform activities leading up to customer demos, including discovery, technical qualification, presentations, and demos.
• Lead RFP responses and POCs.
• Create customized demos with some assistance.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events.
• Conduct technical workshops with customers.

What We'd Like to See

• Basic certification in at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of security for cloud computing.
• Advanced skills in Informatica services and products.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners.
• Intermediate knowledge of hybrid deployment, data warehousing, and BI concepts.
• Experience with AI and AI Modeling is preferred.
• Experience with MDM finance or MDM is preferred.
• 8+ years in data integration, MDM, or data governance.
• 10+ years in presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting.
