Polaron Energy Corp. in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to keep solar projects running smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll work with our Project Management Team and act as the liaison between operations, sales, customer teams, and third-party contractors. This role suits a self-starter who takes initiative, manages workload with minimal supervision, and communicates clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team with day-to-day oversight of active solar installation projects.
• Act as the main point of contact between third-party contractors and internal departments, aligning scope, schedules, and expectations.
• Coordinate with customers from initial assessment through project completion.
• Implement detailed project plans and suggest practical technical options to keep projects moving forward.
• Contribute to construction coordination, including planning, risk identification, and troubleshooting field-level issues.
• Review proposals, site assessment reports, and technical drawings to evaluate scope and requirements.
• Manage incoming emails and calls from operations, sales, contractors, and customers professionally.
• Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners to keep projects on track.
