Job summary

Energy Smart Canada is seeking 2 dedicated Solar Installers to join a growing team. The role focuses on installing solar panels and related equipment on homes and businesses, using hand and power tools, and adhering to strict safety standards.

The ideal candidates have a mechanical background with electrical experience, can read blueprints, and are comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions. A Class 5 driver’s license is required, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction or electrical fields.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings related to solar installations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must have Class 5 driver’s license.

As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar energy systems, ensuring that all components are set up correctly and safely. This position requires both technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
