Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
  • Define test strategies covering unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
  • Drive development of automated test frameworks using PyTest, GTest, and related tools.
  • Establish scalable validation architectures for software, firmware, and FPGA-based products.
  • Partner with software, firmware, and hardware teams to improve product testability.
  • Coordinate validation activities across multiple engineering sites.
  • Implement automated workflows to reproduce and analyze customer-reported issues.
  • Track quality metrics, defects, and release readiness.
  • Promote AI-assisted tools for test development, code review, and documentation.
  • Champion a quality-focused culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Software Test Leader – Imaging Systems & Camera Technologies
