Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (via Teledyne Digital Imaging) seeks a Technical Leader II for Waterloo, Ontario. You will independently lead major technical projects, provide guidance to customers, and collaborate across engineering and product groups to advance CMOS/CCD image sensor technologies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in design/development, strong leadership, and experience managing complex programs with cross-functional teams, while ensuring design control and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Physics/Nanotechnology/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of design/development experience.
  • Strong, proven experience leading/managing a technical project and driving technology development.
  • Proven experience working within a large multidisciplinary team and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Experience evaluating risk and driving change.
  • Experience providing customer with technical guidance with support from technical experts.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Eligible for Controlled Goods Security Clearance.

The duties and responsibilities outlined below reflect the core functions of the role. What You Will Do

Salary Range:

$76,800.00-$102,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
