Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading teams and/or projects.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
• Define project requirements with cross-functional teams and ensure delivery.
• Mentor team members through regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Drive software engineering strategy aligning tech with business goals.
• Lead agile processes including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to ensure high-quality code.
• Monitor progress and address issues impacting timelines.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
