Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop and deliver analytics-focused solutions within Credit Platform technology. You will write code, perform testing, peer reviews and collaborate with technology partners to meet architecture and performance goals.

The role emphasizes building new features, maintaining quality code, and contributing to incident management and deployment activities.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree or technical certificate in a related field.
Strong background in computer science or engineering with relevant coursework.
Experience developing and deploying applications using Java, JavaScript, Spring boot.

Responsibilities

Develop components of solutions with analytics, support, testing, and proofs of concepts.
Create applications/systems and ensure alignment with technology architecture standards.
Perform unit and component testing and participate in peer code reviews.
Collaborate with partners to meet performance, time-to-market and innovation goals.
Document system components, security, integration and architecture designs.
