Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your triad to define the team roadmap and prioritise initiatives.
• Design and implement technical solutions with your team.
• Provide actionable feedback on code reviews and architecture documents.
• Contribute as a hands-on developer on projects when needed.
• Run 1:1s to support career growth and development of direct reports.
• Participate in hiring to grow the engineering team at Clio.
• Review code contributions from team members and other developers.
