Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to drive delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role balances hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to produce scalable, secure, and maintainable software in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive software engineering and development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience (CS/FS/CI).
• Strong expertise with Power Platform including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse.
• 5+ years of advanced C#/.NET development experience with Azure, REST API, and enterprise integration.
• 3+ years in a Software Development Lead, Technical Lead, or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review complex C#/.NET, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform solutions (Model-driven/Canvas Apps, Power Fx).
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and engineering standards adherence.
• Coordinate technical delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration across Platform, Security, Infrastructure, Data, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Work with project leadership to communicate progress, support milestones, and resolve implementation challenges.
• Review solution architecture, validate decisions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and MS platform best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll coordinate technical delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional collaboration with Platform, Security, Infrastructure, Data, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• You'll work closely with project leadership to communicate technical progress, support milestone readiness, and resolve implementation challenges.
• You'll review solution architecture, validate technical decisions, assess trade‑offs, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and Microsoft platform best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive software engineering and development experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Customer Service, Field Service, configuration, customization, development, integrations, and end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong expertise with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model‑driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx, and Power Component Framework (PCF).
• 5+ years of advanced C#/.NET development experience, combined with strong Microsoft Azure, REST API, enterprise integration, SQL Server, and Dataverse expertise.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Software Development Lead, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM, along with the ability to coordinate technical teams and influence stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions without direct authority.
