Job summary

Altis Technology in Mississauga/Montreal is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to guide the Azure-native enterprise tooling and the evolving integration platform that will transform onboarding across multiple business functions.

You will partner with Solution Architects to shape architecture, governance, and delivery across SAP, Salesforce, MDM, and MuleSoft in a hybrid environment, with emphasis on security and SDLC compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with senior roles.
• Experience designing and delivering Azure-native enterprise applications.
• Background in enterprise integration, middleware, API orchestration, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Review technical designs with Solution Architects and validate enterprise architecture decisions.
• Provide technical governance for vendor-delivered solutions aligning with security and SDLC standards.
• Guide enterprise integrations across Azure, SAP, Salesforce, MDM and MuleSoft or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, QA and stakeholders to enable successful delivery.
• Lead technical reviews, knowledge transfer and transition to ownership as the team scales.
• Contribute to enterprise-scale solution design, modernization, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

Location: Mississauga/Montreal, Hybrid, approximately 2 days onsite per week (Mississauga, On preferred)

Your Responsibilities

• You'll partner closely with Solution Architects to review technical designs and validate enterprise architecture decisions.
• You'll provide technical governance for vendor-delivered solutions, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, SDLC, and operational standards.
• You'll guide enterprise integrations across Azure, SAP, Salesforce, Master Data Management, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or comparable technologies.
• You'll collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, QA, and business stakeholders to support successful solution delivery.
• You'll lead technical reviews, knowledge transfer activities, and ultimately transition into hands-on ownership of the platform as the internal engineering team expands.
• You'll contribute to enterprise-scale solution design, modernization initiatives, Agile delivery, and DevOps best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including Lead Engineer or Technical Lead responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Azure-native enterprise applications.
• Strong background in enterprise integration, middleware, API orchestration, and distributed system design.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Master Data Management, and MuleSoft or similar integration technologies.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Solution Architects, conducting design reviews, and providing technical governance for complex software initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, enterprise SDLC, security, compliance, and regulated technology environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical direction across cross-functional teams.
