Giant Tiger in Canada is hiring a Softgoods Associate (Part-Time) to support store operations and deliver great customer service. You will handle transactions, replenish shelves, and ensure pricing, signs, and planograms are accurate.

This role involves multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, working day-evening shifts and weekends, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and loss prevention practices. Training and benefits accompany a dedicated store team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer service.
• Record customer transactions at cash register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around checkout area.
• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns/SKU changes.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure compliance for Tobacco and Lottery sales.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Keep checkout area clean and organized.
• Adhere to loss prevention best practices.
