Giant Tiger is hiring a Softgoods Associate for a full-time role in Repentigny, QC. You will help customers, process transactions, and maintain merchandise at the checkout area, ensuring accurate records and clean, organized spaces.

This is a full-time in-store position with a focus on service excellence and loss prevention. The role requires the ability to work a schedule with day shifts, some evenings, and weekends, and involves standing, bending, and light lifting as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service.

• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure tobacco and lottery policies compliance.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Keep checkout area clean and organized.
• Follow loss prevention best practices.
