Job summary

Giant Tiger in Sherbrooke, QC is seeking a friendly, part-time Softgoods Associate to join our store team. You will provide excellent customer service, process transactions at registers and SCOs, and help keep the checkout area organized and attractive.

The role involves day shifts with two evenings per week and alternating weekends, with up to 24 hours weekly for part-time. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service.
• Record transactions at register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around checkout area.
• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns/SKU changes.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Follow tobacco and lottery selling policies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Keep checkout area clean and organized.
• Follow loss prevention best practices.
