As the social worker, you’ll serve as a part of the multidisciplinary care team, advocating for residents and assessing their psychosocial needs to enhance their well-being.
This role is integral to addressing the psychosocial needs of residence members, promoting their overall well-being, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. The position provides both team and program leadership, while also playing a key role in health and safety oversight.
The role models the Wellness Model of Care and supports the team in delivering person-centred services. It involves building strong relationships with residents, their loved ones, team members, and external agencies, while coordinating services and resources to meet individual needs.

A competitive salary ranging from $44.85 to $56.02by the HSP Master Collective Agreement. Vacation entitlement set at 4 weeks, prorated by the FTE. You'll also benefit from employer-paid benefits and an RRSP matching plan after three months of employment.
